We opened Echegaray Poblenou in 2018 with a quite straightforward idea: to cook delicious food, use fresh market produce and make sure people leave happier than when they arrived. And hey… it seems to be working!

 

It’s not about "gastronomic concepts" or "sensory experiences” here. Our approach is much simpler: Spanish market cuisine made with love, humour, and the occasional whim. Every day we let ourselves be guided by what we find at the market and transform it into delightful dishes for both, the stomach and the spirit.
